I am at the end of the first month of this mobile notary journey. I kept a journal during this time trying to be retrospective about the things I have done, also use this as a guide to help other notaries.
I have been blessed with meeting some very helpful notaries and some kind customers. One of the tips I was given, was to make sure I am taking care of myself and to take time to enjoy the little things. Laughter is where I chose to focus my attention today as a demonstration of self-care. Did you know that laughter: 1) relaxes the body, boosts your immunity, releases endorphins, protects your heart, burns calories and keeps us young? Every single one of these benefits is something that I absolutely need in my life!
I will continue in this path as a full time school administrator and part time notary and make sure to laugh along the way. I will also make sure to laugh A LOT along the way!
